Description

MYOFASCIAL RELEASE WITH SUPERIOR STABILITY

Self-relieve your muscle tension, recover faster and improve your joint mobility with the Large PTP Fascia Roller. Muscle pain often results from muscles tensing up/shortening and fascia adhesions between skin, muscles and bones. Use the Large Fascia Roller before a workout to warm-up your muscles by activating blood circulation, and use it after a workout to fast-track your recovery by stimulating your muscles’ stretch reflex and breaking up scar and soft tissue adhesions. At 100 cm long, this Fascia Roller is designed to provide better stability and balance than the smaller/shorter massage rollers. Because the Large Fascial Release Roller is long enough to fit the back both horizontally and vertically, you will notably be able to perform chest opening exercises. The 40 exercises included will assist you in targeting various muscle groups (such as your hamstrings, quadriceps, glutes, traps and rhomboids), as well as strengthening and toning your body.

– To relieve muscle tension and pain, recover faster and add mobility to the spinal joints

– Uses the SMR (Self-Myofascial Release technique) and your own body weight

– Superior traction thanks to special honeycomb pattern

– Made from high-density EVA construction that regains its shape post-compression

– Over 40 exercises designed by Movement Therapist to develop strength and toning

– Stretching Strap included to improve your flexibility and range of motion
