How to Apply

Power Off: Turn off and unplug your treadmill for safety.

Lift Belt: Gently lift the edge of the running belt on one side.

Spray Lube: Spray evenly underneath the belt, aiming as close to the center of the deck as possible.

Repeat: Move to the opposite side and repeat the spraying process.

Distribute: Turn the treadmill on, walk at a slow speed (~5 km/h) for 3 to 5 minutes to spread the silicone, and wipe off any excess from the edges.
